He understands the importance of using data within the digital and direct mail arena and what an important factor it plays in creating positive ROI within marketing campaigns. Joe has worked with many blue chip clients over the past two decades and is well versed in creating and implementing complex multi-channel campaigns.
Phill manages our donor management department, providing a thanking, banking and fulfilment service for our charity clients. Phill puts thought into each process to ensure our clients receive the most streamlined and time effective service to their donations.
Roxanna is our Office Manager and keeps us organised with Accounts, Human Resources, Health and Safety and Quality Systems, she has a keen eye for detail and has the streamlining of processes down to a fine art.
Director of Kingsline, Gill is our project manager and uses her skills developed from experience gained in client, agency and production roles to deliver new work and expert project management to the most complex of campaigns and work flows.
With Helen's wealth of experience in customer relations and account management, she manages client's campaigns ensuring a high level of detail under pressured timelines.
