Kingsline have worked with The Drummer Agency, Compassion's marketing agency, to deliver an 'Acquisition and Relationship Solution' to help more children in developing countries into an education sponsorship programme.


By setting up a real time programme, sponsors and their sponsored children are able to communicate with each other on a timely basis to suit them. The charity can target sponsors and potential sponsors with their campaigns throughout the year.


Each piece of communication is totally individual to the child and their sponsor through links to the charity's CRM system and variable look up tables. In total there are up to eight different pieces of communication that are produced on a daily basis, automated data feeds are set up to pull data from the client's CRM system so the pieces can be produced and dispatched within a set period according to the agreed service level agreement.




All production is totally trackable and visible to the client, orders can even be tracked to dispatch via a link with Citylink so the charity can advise supporters when they will receive their resources in time for specific events.


By working with the charity's creative agency The Drummer Agency, Kingsline have helped build an effective marketing programme that yields results. Regular meetings and conference calls help keep all campaigns on track whether they are ongoing or adhoc
